The nearly diamond-hard surface of the CeraDur rings is designed for high spindle speeds and very long traveller service lives, even under the most extreme spinning conditions.
The special feature lies in the precision: the absolutely lowest tolerances with a coating whose special inclusions make it possible to achieve an extremely long service life. Combined with CeraDur travellers, maximum service lives and productivity can be achieved in your spinning processes.
CeraDur rings are characterised by
- Very high manufacturing accuracy
- Very long service life
- Quickly achievable maximum speeds
- Stable operating behaviour, even with lack of lubrication
- Extremely long traveller service lives
Versions of the rings are: Flange 1/2, 1 and 2 with different profiles as BEF, A or Varius ring, with and without centring plate.
