The R+F range of products is completed with nylon:
Precision and accuracy in R+F quality, even with nylon travellers. Special granulates ensure the properties required for spinning. Nylon travellers are an excellent choice due to being insensitive to heat and exhibiting low wear even at maximum thread speeds.
The shape and surface of the nylon travellers are tailored to the customers’ requirements. The special injection moulding process ensures consistent density throughout the entire cross-section and a smooth traveller surface. This reduces wear and improves quality. The R+F product range is supplemented in this special area by the glass fibre reinforced quality products SuperNylon and SuperNylon3.
